something new for a snack

GLUTEN FREE BROWNIES

My husband talked me into buying this box of gluten free brownie mix from Sur la Table and they were THE BEST BROWNIES EVA!

The only ingredients I needed to add were some eggs and butter. And there was a fudge pack included!

The instruction said to line the baking pan with parchment paper. I'm gald I did because it made the brownies easily come out of the pan.

Do you see that fudge? Perfection. And gluten free!!!
