fabric fest
Dayle (sodapop) and I had fun at BonBon's fabric fest. We got to hang out with the BonBon girls all afternoon!

Don't we look super cute in our matching RVA shirts?

I'm glad I decided to bring my t-shirts to the store. Someone bought one!

Summer in Space
After the fabric fest we went to the annual West 18th Street Fashion show. The theme was Summer in Space and I was pleasantly surprised.

Here are some pics I took. The little martian boy crack me up!

And oh... here we are with the BonBon girls. We were buddies ALL DAY!


I'm in the newspaper!

My dirty laundry cupcake bath fizzies made it into the Kansas City Star Newspaper along with Martha Stewart talking about the cupcake trend.

quickie craft project
I'm a month late sending my friend a birthday gift. I've been SO BUSY with dirty laundry stuff... I'm such a bad friend. She's a writer and I bought this composition book forever ago to do a collage on it for her.

Pink is her FAV color. I used things I had in my stash and some RVA stuff. It took me an hour to do. So I'm ashamed that I could of gotten in done sooner!

I hope she loves it!

dirty laundry t-shirts and tanks will be available Saturday June 6th at BonBon's fabulous fabric fest along with my new custom reversible aprons!


The t-shirts have three hand-sewn fabric hearts. The tanks have the dirty laundry logo hand-screenprinted in the center and one hand-sewn fabric heart at the bottom left. The tanks have a built in bra too!

I'll be at BonBon from 12p-5p. Hope to see you at the event!

I was on the Heather Bailey blog today!

Today I went to Heather Bailey's blog and as I scrolled down I saw my apron under the "your H.B. creations" section!


I was SO EXCITED! Then I realized that she just has the Pop Garden™ & Bijoux™ Flickr group generating the images to her site. I had placed my images there on Sunday. Oh well. I still felt special!
