Valentine apron

I hope everyone had a happy Valentine's day! I had a great one :)

I found this Valentine inspired ruffled apron on a blog called One more Moore. There is even a tutorial!

Saturday...

I actually got out and about on Saturday! It was almost 70 degrees out and I've just been sitting on my butt watching TV since Christmas.

Here are the cupcake bath fizzies I made for the bridal shower. They turned out great and they were a hit for the cupcake themed shower.


Dayle (sodapop) and I had a little field trip and we stopped by Bon Bon for the Valentine Vintage open house. My cupcake bath fizzies looked so darling on display! I hope people purchased some for quick little Valentine gifts.


We also went to support some of our co-workers at Curious Sofa's first LOVE HURTS Valentine Art Show. It was my first time at the shop even though it's a popular place that my co-workers visit for inspiration. I saw these darling mini hangers there! I'm going to think of a use for them for Crafty Chicks.

P.S. Crafty Chicks is going to be Nov. 28th this year!!!

We walked around in the Prairie Village Shopping Center to RSVP in the Village and I saw this super cute cupcake kit and tea towels.

Hey! I didn't notice those huge bath fizzies in the background!

This is the cupcake kit up close. They had a baby one too. I love the idea of the little toppers with the cupcake cups.



After our little shop stops we went to go see "He's Just Not That Into You." It was a cute chick flick. I thought that the stories were just going to be about singles, but they had married and long-term couples in the movie too.

What did I learn from the movie? Have sex with my husband whenever possible :)
